$150 – Clinic and Physician Fee
This is a one-time fee that covers patient enrollment, medical charting, chart review, pre-appointment consultation, and your virtual care telehealth appointment with the Prescribing Physician. As long as you are in good health and have no serious underlying health conditions, blood work and labs are NOT required. If the Physician requests them, we will cover the expense. There are no additional costs or fees. There are no contracts, memberships, or recurring billing. All you will ever pay for if the cost of the treatments you select.
