Step 2 – Invoice for Clinic Fee
You will receive an invoice for the one-time clinic fee by email.
Step 3 – Physician’s Lab Order
After your payment is received, you will be emailed a physician’s order for your blood work. Proceed to Step 4.
If You Are Providing Your Own Lab Work
- A. If you are transferring from another clinic and have provided both your lab work and a copy of your prescription, you may skip to Step 6 (please review details below first).
- B. If you are submitting your own lab work, it must include:
- CBC / Differential (Complete Blood Count)
- Total Testosterone
- PSA
The report must be less than 60 days old — no exceptions.
- C. Lab results must be submitted as one complete PDF file (screenshots are not accepted).
A photo of your prescription label with your name is acceptable.
Step 4 – Complete Your Blood Work
Take your physician’s order to your nearest Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. No appointment is required — walk-ins are welcome.
Step 5 – Lab Results
Once your blood work is complete, Quest or LabCorp will email your results to both you and the clinic (typically within 24 hours).
Step 6 – Schedule Pre-Appointment Consultation
After your lab results are received, we will email you to schedule your pre-appointment consultation.
- Usually lasts 15 minutes (or longer if needed).
- Please have all treatment-related questions ready.
Step 7 – Schedule Appointment with Physician
Once your pre-appointment consultation is complete, you will receive a link to schedule your telehealth appointment with the prescribing doctor.
Step 8 – Telehealth Appointment
Your physician will call you at the scheduled time. This appointment is typically brief, as most treatment details are reviewed during the pre-consultation.
Step 9 – Treatment Confirmation and Medication Invoice
After your telemed doctor appointment, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email for your treatment
- An invoice for your prescribed treatment(s)
Step 10 – Prescription Fulfillment
Once payment is received, your prescription will be processed, and the pharmacy will ship your medications directly to your home.
Step 11 – Follow-Up After 8 Weeks
After 8 full weeks on your medication, please complete the follow-up form here:
Note: The physician can only review you for a dose adjustment after 8 full weeks of treatment.
Step 12 – Ongoing Treatment Updates
Throughout your treatment, the clinic will notify you whenever additional lab work or updated information is required.
Step 13 – Contacting the Clinic
All treatment-related communication must be conducted by email to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
Email correspondence provides a clear record for both you and the clinic.
Step 14 – Automated Refill Process
The refill process is fully automated. You will be contacted when your refill is ready.
