The Clinic Intake Process

Please review the steps below to understand what happens next in the process.

Step 1 – Complete the patient intake form and pay the one-time clinical fee.

Step 2 – Physician’s Lab Order

After your intake fee is paid, you will be emailed a physician’s order for your blood work.

  • Complete Your Blood Work
  • Take your physician’s order to your nearest Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp. No appointment is required — walk-ins are welcome.
  • Lab Results: Once your blood work is complete, Quest or LabCorp will email your results to both you and the clinic (typically within 24 hours).
  • After your lab results are received, we will email you to schedule your pre-appointment consultation.

Step 3 – Schedule Pre-Appointment Consultation

  • This is an unrushed,  1-on-1 Q&A telephone call with the Clinic Director to answer all of your questions about treatment. You will discuss your health goals, and potential treatments.
  • Usually lasts 15 minutes (or longer if needed).
  • Please have all treatment-related questions ready.

Step 4 – Getting Prescribed.  Your Appointment with Physician

Once your pre-appointment consultation is complete, you will receive an email to schedule your telehealth appointment with the prescribing doctor.


Important Note on Your Intake Status

To ensure clinical accuracy, your intake forms must be personally reviewed and authorized by a physician.

  • Turnaround Time: Confirmation emails are typically delivered to your inbox within 60 minutes during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • After-Hours Enrollment: For enrollments completed after 5:00 PM or over the weekend, your confirmation email will be prioritized for delivery the following business morning.
