Superior Genetix New Patient Labs Process:
- Complete Intake & Pay Fee: Fill out the intake form on our website and pay the one-time clinic fee ($300). ✅ Your initial lab work is included in the $300 one-time clinic fee.
- Receive Your Order By Email:
- If your invoice is paid before 12:00 PM (noon), you will receive your blood work order the same business day.
- If your invoice is paid after 12:00 PM (noon), you will receive your blood work order before 12:00 PM (noon) the next business day.
- Visit the Lab: Take your digital or printed order to the designated Labcorp or Quest location nearest you. We will provide the address.
- No appointment is needed.
- Results are typically returned to us within 24 hours.
🛑 Important Note: When you arrive at the testing center, you MUST provide them with the physician lab work order that we emailed to you, and present a valid state i.d. (driver’s license or state i.d.). *Your name is NOT in their system, and they cannot locate your information for you.
