Here’s What Happens Next.

2. Pay Your New Patient Intake Fee.

Once Paid, Your Physician’s Lab Work Order and all details will be emailed to you.

You will take the Physican’s Lab Work Order to the designated Labcorp or Quest For Testing. The process usually takes under 5 Minutes and No Appointment is Necessary. Lab results are provided within 24 hours.

 

  • Please Note: If you made your payment before 3PM, you will receive your Physician’s lab work order before 5PM.
  • If you made your payment after 5PM, your lab work order will be in your email before 10AM the following morning. The physician has to sign the order an we need to submit it to the testing facility nearest you.

Here’s What Happens After You Complete Your Blood Test.

– Lab Results

Quest or LabCorp will provide us the results within 24 hours. We immediately send you an email to schedule your  telephone appointment with the Clinical Director.


– Your Appointment – Consultation With The Clinical Director

This is an unrushed 1-on-1 Q&A with the Clinical Director.

This is where we will answer all of your questions about treatment, the clinic, the process of treatment,  and what to expect during your appointment with the prescribing physician.

  • Usually lasts 15-30 minutes (or longer if needed).
  • This is NOT a sales call. We are a medical clinic, we do NOT staff any sales reps.
  • Please have all of your treatment-related questions ready.
  • When this call concludes, we will schedule your appointment with the prescribing physician.

– Getting Prescribed: Your Telemedicine Appointment with Physician

Since most of the information was exchanged during the previous consultation, you can expect the appointment with the doctor to be a breeze. Your case is discussed with the doctor before you speak to him, ensuring that your final appointment is seamless.

  • The Physician will confirm your prescription.
  • Within minutes of that call concluding you will receive an email  from Superior Genetix confirming your treatment plan.
  • You will be provided an invoice for payment.
  • Once payment is made, medication (and all required supplies) arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • Refills are automated and you will be invoiced before you run out of medication.
