The one-time clinic fee is used to cover all the necessary steps to get you started:

1. Patient Enrollment Process

This covers the administrative fees required for your care:

  • Application processing,review, and patient enrollment.
  • Medical charting and record creation.
  • Physcian approcval and Submitting the blood work order
  • Scheduling the consultation and the appointment with the prescribing physician.
  • Lab and medical chart review by clinic staff.

2. Initial Blood Work / Labs Are Included in the $300 TRT Fee

  • Required for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT): All new HRT patients require blood work and a lab report to begin treatment.
  • We will provide you with a physician’s order for the nearest Labcorp or Quest location.
  • No appointment is necessary; walk-ins are welcome and the process only takes a few minutes.

3. Consultation and Physician Fee

This covers your direct medical care:

  • Your official telehealth appointment with the Prescribing Physician.
  • Your prescription for treatment. Prescriptions are valid for as long as you continue treatment.

➡️ TRT Transferring Patient Option

If you are signing up for Testosterone Replacement Therapy ($300 fee) and you have existing blood work that is less than 6 months old and includes Total Testosterone level, CBC w/ Differential, Estradiol, and PSA please email  us upon completion of the intake forms. You may be eligible for a $100 reduction of this cost (making your fee $200).
