Your Path to Optimization: The Onboarding Process

Thank you for choosing Superior Genetix. Once you’ve completed the intake forms and paid the onboarding fee, your enrollment is now being processed. Our clinical team is building your medical profile, reviewing your information and will be in touch shortly. To ensure your safety and success, your journey follows our comprehensive three-pillar approach:

I. Priority Laboratory Diagnostics We handle the logistics of your medical screening. You will receive a formal Physician’s Lab Order via email, coordinated for a testing facility in your immediate area. For your convenience, no appointment is necessary—simply present your digital order at the front desk at a time that fits your schedule.

II. Clinical Strategy & Director’s Consultation You will be scheduled for a dedicated, unrushed telephone consultation with our Clinic Director. This session is designed to answer every question you have, review your specific health objectives, and provide a transparent overview of the clinical roadmap the physician will use to tailor your treatment.

III. Formal Telehealth  Medical Evaluation & Protocol Finalization The final stage is your private Telehealth appointment with our prescribing physician. Conducted via phone or video, this formal evaluation allows your physician to review your diagnostics, verify your medical history, and authorize your customized medical weight loss protocol.


Important Note on Your Intake Status

To ensure clinical accuracy, your intake forms must be personally reviewed and authorized by a physician.

  • Turnaround Time: Confirmation emails are typically delivered to your inbox within 60 minutes during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • After-Hours Enrollment: For enrollments completed after 5:00 PM or over the weekend, your confirmation email will be prioritized for delivery the following business morning.
